Often the growth of mould and mildew is a sign that the weather proofing qualities of your tiles have degraded which can lead to water being absorbed in the surface of the tile. This in turn can lead to supporting timbers becoming wet and eventual sagging of the roof itself.

We clean the tiles by first water blasting and sterilizing them to remove moss spores and then apply a sealer coat followed by a base coat and then we apply a hardwearing gloss colour glaze for maximum durability and protection against the elements.
