Steve completed the roof painting of 14 units for us recently to our full satisfaction. Everyone found him to be an affable guy with excellent painting skill and profession ethics. He prepared the roofs for painting by water blasting them first and applying a primer before applying two coats of the specified pants. He informed every unit owner including the residents of the adjacent units to close their windows before starting the water blasting and painting of each roof. Prior to the primer and each coat of painting, he cleaned the roofs from any dirt and dust including birds’ droppings. Areas that showed sign of rusts were treated and nails were checked and those found loose were fixed. The side panels at each end of the roofs were painted with hand brush. This avoided any paint falling on the side walls that would not have been possible with a paint spray gun. Overall, an excellent guy doing an excellent job for us. We have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone whose roof may need painting. I am sure they will be as happy and satisfied with him and his work as we have been. — Faqir Gul
